Woven black polypropylene ground cover is an excellent general purpose weed barrier that has permeability to let air, water and nutrients through while blocking the light required for weed growth. It's the ideal choice for safe weed control and water conservation. UV-treated and has colored stripes every 12" to aid in planting spacing.

This ground cover is perfect either on top of the ground or covered up with soil or mulch to lie beneath the surface for weed control and soil stabilization. A great solution for outdoor row crops, raised beds, greenhouses and nurseries as a general purpose landscape fabric.

This weed fabric is 3.0 oz/yard, and this high-grade fabric blocks 99.7% of light, and resists tearing, puncturing and weed penetration. It is approved for most government weed control applications.
